Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ScanSynk, we aim to offer exceptional service and transparency regarding our subscriptions. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and request refunds, if applicable.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to ScanSynk at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at contact@scansynk.com.

A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
     

  • Access After Cancellation: Even after canceling, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period after cancellation.

B. Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next year.
     

  • Access After Cancellation: You will continue to have access to the service for the duration of the subscription term after canceling. Refunds will not be provided for the remaining time.

C. Free Trial

  • Cancellation During Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for a paid subscription.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under specific conditions as outlined below.

A. Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions​

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions that have already been charged. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

B. Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund Window: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 7 days of the billing period, you are eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the subscription. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
     

  • Prorated Refunds: Any refund for annual subscriptions canceled within the 7-day period will be prorated based on the number of days the service was used.

C. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing period begins.
     

  • Dissatisfaction with the service after continued usage without cancellation.

3. How to Request Return
To request a refund for your subscription, please contact us at contact@scansynk.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Changes to Cancellation and Refund Policy
ScanSynk, operated by Logos Infotech, reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
